Are you looking for a unique space for your next event? We offer 1400 square feet of space for your next event.
We have hosted book signings, private parties, board meetings, and workshops. Our 500 sqft main gallery greets guests with double doors, 16ft ceilings, and a wall of windows. Once inside you have three white walls with exquisite artwork on display and new floating wood floor. We have black out curtains for more privacy or for light sensitive events.
The main gallery can seat up to 60 guests in padded chairs for a lecture style event. If your event requires tables and chairs we can fit eight six foot rectangular tables each with seating for 6, (or 8 if needed) for a total of 48 sit down diners. If you are looking do hold a workshop where you would like tables for laptops and have guests facing you and a screen, we have room for 7 six foot tables and seating for 21 participants.
Our rental fee is $400 for an evening (4 hr event time). This includes the cleaning fee. If you need more time for the event, (set up and takedown time) rates are $75/hr. There is a $1000 damage deposit in case something happens to artwork on display (a check is sufficient...won’t be charged unless needed). If you require tables, chairs, linens, etc. those will have to be ordered at an additional cost. We are happy to put you in touch with rental companies, or for an additional fee we will arrange the pick up, set up, take down and drop off of the chairs, tables and linens.
Just beyond the main gallery is a 250 sqft gallery space and then two 100+ sqft rooms right after that. All of these rooms are in a row and flow nicely into one another. The main gallery has a line of sight all the way to the room in the back. We have an additional 100+ sqft room in the back that can be used for staging food, coat racks, etc... We have a liquor license as well.
